How long will I have to wait?

Will I be charged for my Shipping?

Our delivery options may vary. View what's currently available at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping free of charge for all orders over £300 subject to location. 

Orders under £300 incur a delivery charge, the options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
Will I have to pay duty and taxes?
Our UK atelier handles shipping, and for European destinations, we cover duties and taxes to prevent extra charges when your order arrives. For global shipments, we provide free shipping, but clients are responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.
How can I return my order?

We provide complimentary exchanges or returns if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

For a size exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the items, please reach out to us at We'll supply you with the appropriate exchange/return address and assist you in obtaining a different shoe size or a refund.

To qualify for an exchange or return, you must send back the items in their original, unworn condition (please test shoes on a soft surface to avoid scratches), along with the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Baudoin & Lange is unable to issue an exchange or refund if these requirements are not met. We will honour 1 exchange per order.

Refunds will be credited to your account within five business days of our ateliers receiving the returned goods, subject to your bank/card issuer's processing time. Regrettably, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes incurred during shipping and returns.

The product(s) being returned remain your responsibility until they reach our ateliers.

Please note that items from the following categories (Precious Leathers, Special Orders, Discounted items) and customised/personalised products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, and all sales are final.

When will I receive my exchange?
Upon receiving your returned order at our atelier, we will proceed with processing an exchange and send you an email confirmation. Our team will prepare your new order, and when it departs from our atelier, you'll receive an automated email containing all relevant tracking information.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If the item you would like to purchase is out of stock, you have the option of signing up to be notified when we receive a restock. Simply click on the size you would like to purchase and enter your email in the section which states 'email when available'.
What shoe size should I order?

Let's Get You The Perfect Fit!

Baudoin & Lange Sagans mould to the shape of your foot, so we recommend you select your normal shoe size for a snug, comfortable fit. Because of our unlined designs, there’s no need for half sizes or varied widths - the shoe structure will stretch to accommodate wide or narrow feet. Our no wear-in period means an accurate fitting shoe from the start.

Why don’t you have half sizes?
Due to the unique construction of our shoes, combined with our very soft and exclusive leathers, our shoes truly moulds and shapes towards your feet while wearing, making our sizes much more flexible than traditional sizes and other shoes. Therefore, in our Sagans there is no need for any different widths or half-sizes, as the shoes will simply form towards the unique shape and size of your feet to provide you with the ultimate comfort fit the moment you slip them on. We always recommend finding the size that offers you a 'snug' fit, much like you would a glove. All of our shoes are true to size, so simply opting in for your regular shoe-size will do the trick. Size down if you are typically in-between sizes.
Can I replace the B&L insole with orthopaedic insoles?
Absolutely. If your feet have special requirements, replace our insoles with your own orthopaedic insoles.
Taking care of your Shoes
All of our shoes are best taken care of when stored on our signature wooden shoe trees. However our unlined, suede Sagans are much more forgiving if a shoe tree is not available, as is the case when travelling. Unlined loafers can be folded and will immediately spring back into shape post travel or storage, always keeping their original shape and fit. When you decide to use shoe tree – as you always should in the case of a regular lined pair – the soft suede or calf leather will be extremely malleable. So, if you prefer a wider fit, your shoes can be stretched by using just a slightly bigger shoe tree. Taking care of your shoes is very simple. All you need is a stiff-bristled brush and a suede eraser (or regular eraser) for deeper stains. Most types of everyday wear can be remedied with a stiff-bristled brush. Move the brush gently over the suede or leather to clean (always let the shoe dry first). Any stain or dirt on the tiny suede fibers is loosened and eventually released. Remember to brush the surface in opposite directions. Just take care to use only a slight amount of pressure.

Gift Cards
Gift cards will never expire and are full transferable. Gift cards are not refundable, but the pair bought with it is exchangeable for the right size according to our regular exchange policy.
