Our leathers are tanned exclusively for us from the highest grade selection of materials and treated for water and stain resistance, producing the softest and most supple leather. B&L handmade construction, insole with integrated dampening for comfort & shock absorption.
Care
After wear, allow to dry at room temperature. If particularly damp, inserting rolled-up paper or cedar wood shoe trees into the shoe to wick any excess moisture out of the leather.

Import Taxes and Duties
Shipments to the UK, US, and countries within the European Union, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. For all other destinations, taxes and duties may be applicable and are determined by local customs regulations.

We offer free exchanges or returns in case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To initiate the process, contact contact@baudoinlange.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging. Refunds appear within 5 working days of receiving returned goods. Note that duties and/or taxes cannot be refunded.
To ensure fair use of our returns service, a restocking fee applies where three (3) pairs or more are returned from a single online order. In such cases, Baudoin & Lange may deduct a fee equal to 15% of the total order value from the refund to cover handling, shipping, duties, and processing costs. This will always be clearly reflected in the final refund confirmation.

Description
This dark brown deerskin Sagan Ivy is paired with a rubber sole, with both form and function in mind. From our men’s Sagan Classic range, they are presented with a distinctive and contemporary penny strap with a ginkgo leaf cut-out. Inspired by the practical elegance of the 1950’s Northeastern universities of the United States, these penny loafers are handmade by our artisans in a soft dark brown leather.

DEERSKIN
Material
Deerskin is popular not just for its very distinctive look which is grainy and wrinkly but also for its unique properties given by the particular structure of the fibres that allow it to be incredibly stretchy yet resistant. Its sponge-like structure makes it extremely breathable and the perfect choice for also the warm weather. The feature that sets apart our deerskin is that the reverse, the suede side is also finished off to be impeccable and super supple.
Care
After any use always allow the Sagans to dry at room temperature, away from any direct heat source. If your Sagans have got wet you may roll-up some paper and insert it inside the Sagans.
Our deerskin does not require any particular care but if you feel you want to freshen up the look of your Sagans and take the opportunity to nourish the leather you may apply a very thin leather of a top quality neutral cream, allow to dry for at least ten minutes and then gently polish with a soft clean cloth.
