Exchanges and Returns

We offer free exchanges or returns in case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. 

To initiate the process, contact contact@baudoinlange.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging. Refunds appear within 5 working days of receiving returned goods. Note that duties and/or taxes cannot be refunded.

To ensure fair use of our returns service, a restocking fee applies where three (3) pairs or more are returned from a single online order. In such cases, Baudoin & Lange may deduct a fee equal to 15% of the total order value from the refund to cover handling, shipping, duties, and processing costs. This will always be clearly reflected in the final refund confirmation.

Exclusions: Customised and sale products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
