Import Taxes and Duties
Shipments to the UK and countries within the European Union, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. For all other destinations, taxes and duties may be applicable and are determined by local customs regulations.

商品の受け取りから28日以内のサイズ交換または返品については、contact @ baudoinlange.comまでお問い合わせください。その後、交換または返品先をご案内し、異なるサイズの商品を発送、または払い戻し手続きを行います。

払い戻しは、銀行またはカード発行会社に応じて工房に商品が届いてから5営業日以内にアカウントに表示されます。申し訳ございませんが、商品の発送および返品によって生じた関税や税金は返金できかねます。
返品された商品は、当社の工房に到着するまでお客様の責任となります。
